Any site related maps, emergency check points, fire evacuation documentation can also be shown to the visitor at the time of entry. This system works beautifully in remote locations and areas where there is no physical office. Geographical boundaries can also be set up, where the visitor location can be tracked.
SINE offers an in-built integration with Kineo’s Contractor Management System. Both applications are easily integrated without the need for technical expertise. For example, when an employee checks into SINE at their site, their details are verified with the details in Kineo CMS. The status on Kineo CMS automatically reflects on SINE. A successfully verified employee can therefore work on the site. An unsuccessful verification, prompts the employee to complete their verification process in Kineo CMS.
How SINE & Kineo’s Contractor Management System synchronise:
When an employee checks into a facility with Sine, and is authenticated, a success response is received, and the contractor is granted access to the site. In the case where the employee has not been authenticated, the user is directed to an error it gives a pop up. The message on the pop up can be customised. Based on the status, the employee can and cannot be allowed to work on the Site. This helps organisations to ensure that qualified and verified employees are working at the Site.
