The Elearning Age judges commented:

"This may be a hugely competitive filed and a highly talented shortlist but Kineo was ultimately the deserved gold winner of the e-learning development company of the year award for 2013. Founded in 2005, the company has had an incredible 12 months in terms of the deal it struck to become part of City and Guilds. It seems to have taken that in its stride and focused on another year of providing great service to its clients. Clients – the Compass Group, PwC, M&S, BP, McDonald’s to name a few – come to this company because it lives its core values of customer service, innovation, commercial awareness and giving back to its communities.

"Clients are overwhelmingly positive about both the final result and the journey they take with Kineo to get there. And that means they consistently return for more – 68% of revenues represent repeat business. Kineo says it wants to make heroes of its clients, and it doesn’t do that without being a heroic organisation in its own right."

Steve Rayson, Managing Director of Kineo said:

"We are delighted on behalf of our clients and teams to be recognised as elearning company of the year for the second time in five years. in 2008 we focused on three core values: focus on customer service, stirring things up through innovation, and sharing and giving back. Since 2008 we've gone from a five-person company to over 200 people globally and become part of the City & Guilds Group but our three core values remain absolutely the same. We're grateful to our fantastic set of clients for their loyalty and the repeat opportunities we've had to serve them, and of course to our fantastic team of Kineo people who made this possible."
