Our working environment is becoming increasingly fast paced.  This inevitably presents mental and physical well-being challenges, as well as those around organisational performance.

Sporting Edge is a high-performance consultancy established by performance psychologist and ex-England cricketer Jeremy Snape.  Sporting Edge has spent over a decade analysing what underpins the success of high-performance athletes. The research Jeremy and his colleagues have conducted explore the drivers and attributes of some of the world’s top athletes, coaches and performing artists across the globe. This research has also extended to neuroscientists, communication experts, business leaders and the military.

Each ‘subject’ interview is recorded and carefully analysed to create a learning resource of insights.

These are short (1-3-minute videos) that focus on a single high-performance element where an expert shares their stories and strategies. This ‘insight led learning’ gives a fresh perspective on developing performance and with input from credible experts and leaders in a way that can fit into busy schedules – on demand.

Sporting Edge and Kineo have joined forces and this means that we can offer you learning content on Resilience and Wellbeing. The style of content is purposely micro-learning in format with each small section taking less than 10 minutes to complete. This means users can build practical high-performance habits to accelerate personal and professional development.

These fascinating insights and human stories are the foundation of the Sporting Edge approach, providing a practical understanding of the key factors in high performance.

Users will explore four areas where with the right mindset, you can supercharge your energy reserves to ensure you have the confidence to tackle challenging goals head on, deal with pressure and remain focused

See for yourself what Jeremy has to say about empowering learners in and out of the workplace around the following critically needed soft skills areas;

  • Courage, Goals and targets
  • Pressure and Focus
  • Learn and overcome setbacks
  • Energy and wellbeing
